How long do the parties last?
Our standard packages include 120 minutes of high-energy play followed by organized celebrations in our private party zones.
What is the recommended age group?
We specialize in youth events for ages 5 to 14, with activities and difficulty levels tailored to each group dynamic.
Glow-in-the dark/blacklight guidance
For younger kids, especially first-time attendees, we recommend to start off with a non glow in the dark theme as the competition alone with their friends playing games can be overwhelming at times for the little ones.
Can we bring our own food and cake?
Yes, you can bring your own cake, cupcakes, cookies, and food. We do provide food and drink add-ons that you can choose from for your party.
Are the events supervised?
Absolutely. Every X-Factor event is led by our professional coordinators to ensure a safe, active, and fully organized experience.
Do parents need to fill out a waiver?
Yes! A quick waiver is required for all participants. Once your party is booked, we’ll send you the link to share with your guests. Completing it before arrival helps us keep check-in fast and your party running smoothly!
